Internal Family Systems (IFS) has become a popular, research-based psychotherapy and a way of interfacing with one's self and the world, kind of like an operating system to support relationship on all levels in all directions.
If you've tried to get training in IFS, you may have found accessing training to be difficult due to a shortage of trainings, it being online, the large upfront cost, or loss of income and/or time away from work. I am here to offer you other ways to get trained in this helpful way of being with your clients.
I have facilitated IFS trainings in person and online, nationally and internationally since 2015, and am currently a trainer for IFS trainings through the IFS Institute, the flagship IFS training center started and still connected with IFS founder Richard Schwartz, PhD.
